Providing 1-1 consultations using herbal tisanes and meditation will assist your journey to wellness. 

Finding a particular time in the day to meditate whilst taking in the scent and savouring the taste of the natural goodness of tisanes, creates relaxation through practice over time.

The very essence of meditation is a pathway to a deep connection to your true and authentic self and is the beginning of that journey to inner freedom.

Meditation allows you to have the ability to cultivate compassion when needed and creates a deep sense of inner peace when practiced. Being mindful that your own well-being journey is of the highest importance.

This very support will open people’s lives to be in the present moment to deal positively with situations, heal and be at peace within, or just maybe…. to make important decisions in life at a time when most needed.

To continuously educate and empower young people and communities to embrace the importance of the nutritional benefits of plants based on traditional beliefs, customs, and stories from folklore that were passed down through the generations. Many of the indigenous people benefited from herbs, plants, roots, and flowers grown around the world for centuries; these contained healing and medicinal properties for well-being, spirituality, and self-care. To do this we need to put in place strategies that are creative, jargon-free, and meaningful to individuals enabling them to understand the meaning of the Circular Economy by engaging with others to work towards a sustainable and meaningful future. Finding innovative solutions to problems, to protect the relationships between people and nature, and the planet.

Be consistent and assist others to define Gender Equity, as the fair and equal treatment of women to listen to their voices and be able to raise awareness of the benefits and opportunities we have to offer to improve the liveliness of all. This is about continuously working with others helping to change the roles and expectations of all genders whether it be in business, home, or in society, and how we collectively can adapt and unite to make a positive contribution to our world to be a better place by embracing and appreciating the skills, abilities, and talents regardless of gender.
