SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK Delivery Standard delivery: 3-4 business days We ship via Royal Mail.
Free standard UK shipping is available on orders with a product subtotal of £50.00 or more, excluding postage and packaging charges. The free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout once the qualifying subtotal is reached.

EU Delivery Standard international delivery: 5-10 business days. Please note that since Brexit, orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

International Delivery Standard international delivery: 7-14 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at veronica@versatelier.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
