Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong

Famously known as Iron Goddess of Mercy or Iron Buddha. A lightly oxidised tea produced in the southern part of Fujian Province.  Produced using a ‘wrap-rolling’ technique, the withered, bruised, and oxidised teas are wrapped tightly in cloth. rolled and kneaded to form tightly emerald green knit balls, each with a tail being a small stem piece. Produces a golden yellow infusion. 

Tasting Notes:  A lily aroma with a smooth cup reminiscent of peach, ripe pear, sweet apricot notes and a creamy buttery mouth-feel – exquisite.

Ingredients:  Pure Chinese Oolong Tea.

Brewing Guide:
2-3g | 100˚C | 1-3mins
For best results use pure Spring Water.
