Mullein Leaves Herbal Tisane

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is antispasmodic and may help expel mucus and work as an expectorant for irritable respiratory conditions. Mullein is found throughout Europe, Asia and North America and has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. The herbal infusion can be made from the leaves and flowers.

Note: Do not use if breastfeeding or taking blood thinners. Discuss with your GP.

Ingredients:
100% Dried Mullein Leaves

Brewing Guide:
3-4g   | 80˚C   | 10 minutes
After steeping, strain thoroughly through a fine-mesh tea strainer before drinking.

For best results, use pure Spring Water.
