Nettle Herbal Tisane

Nettle (Urtica dioica) a wonderful nourishing herbal tea that contains natural antihistamine. Nettle is caffeine-free, may build energy when fatigued; and is known for its nutritive properties on the reproductive system for both women and men.
For women, nettle may help regulate hormonal imbalances and menopausal issues such as hot flushes.
For men, nettle leaf, root and seeds may nourish and protect the prostate gland.
